I believe the most effective way to have a profound and lasting impact on society is through education. My outreach activities are focused on empowering women and underrepresented minorities to pursue STEM careers by promoting STEM education at the K-12 level, undergraduate, and graduate levels. I currently serve as a AAAS IF/THEN Ambassador, and my goal is to inspire young women to explore STEM careers. I am also the founder of the Women in Innovation and STEM Database at MIT (WISDM), a curated searchable online database of MIT women in STEM, making it easier to find talented and diverse speakers for conference talks, panels, news stories, outreach events, podcasts, YouTube videos, and beyond.
